The unique Bendotti prefabrication concept involves the installation of refractory materials, prepared with the exclusive automated internal plant, and the complete pre-assembly of the furnace and its auxiliary components prior to shipping.

Prefabrication, applied to all furnaces, enables exclusive advantages during assembly, such as extremely short completion times, with a corresponding reduction in travel and labor costs.

Furthermore, error risks are almost zero, as all parts are pre-assembled and tested in the workshop, so assembly is normally completed in total safety.
